Review on PSP Core Edition - PlayStation Portable (PSP 1000) by Jason Cho

with airbags and the PSP itself is well protected with bubble wrap

I ordered two PSP 1000's from Premium Shipment and both arrived individually within a week of ordering. A box was very well packed with airbags and the PSP itself is well protected with bubble wrap. The other box, however the PSP was packaged, didn't have any of those airbags at all. But both charged and turned on well. Turns out they were both from Japan, XMB used the "O" button as the main button, not the cross. They were made in 2009 with firmware 6.1. One of them is in excellent condition, even with a protective film. The other has very minor cosmetic scratches with a few scuffs on the glass but works and plays just as well. Interestingly, the buttons and D-Pad in particular are vastly improved over the 2005 US version of the PSP 1000 that I own. On par with the 2000 or 3000 that came out during production, I can actually do diagonals with no problems. A couple of nice devices that I like to buy. I will buy more, A++.
