I ordered an XL tent bed. The fiberglass rods were the wrong length. If I used 3 cranks they would be too short and the top would sink. But the 4 bars were too long and just didn't fit. I had to cut the 4th rod about 3.5-4 inches to get it to the right length. Everything was working fine until two days later one of the fiberglass rods broke. An additional pole was included in the scope of delivery (I think the seller knows about the low quality of the material and put an extra pole as a precaution) that I was able to use. Let's see how long this lasts. I wanted to love this pet bed but was disappointed with the cheap material and poor quality. I would happily pay more for a quality product.
