The price is great, but I had the same problem as other buyers, not recognizing the printer. No tips were sent or included with the cartridges. I have an old HP F4200 and I use 60 black and color. What you need to do for the printer to recognize and work: First, with the device turned on, remove the cartridges from the printer and close the device. Then unplug the printer from the wall (don't just press the power button), wait 3 minutes, plug it back in and turn the printer back on. Reinstall the cartridges. Then mine recognized it and was able to print. We'll see how it goes from there. YouTube was my friend.
