We were planning a family vacation to an amusement park and found that only hip packs were allowed on the rides. Purses/backpacks/glasses/phones etc. had to be put in the lockers before queuing. It's completely impossible for me to stand in line for an hour without glasses (instant headache) and I wasn't a fan of not having my phone either. So I decided to give up and buy a spooky fanny pack. The next situation was this: I'm not a petite lady, I'm tall, but I can still ride roller coasters. So I was looking for something that would fit me comfortably and hold our stuff. This fanny pack was perfect! It comes with an extender strap that makes it big enough to wear as a crossbody bag when we were out and about. But when we rode, I took off the extension and carried it as a fanny pack. It has space for 3 smartphones and a hard case for glasses, as well as a small tube of sunscreen and hand sanitizer. Also, it had many organizer compartments. Definitely a good buy and although I didn't use it it definitely saved me money that day and allowed me to always have my stuff and glasses with me.
