Worst product ever, disappointed with the purchase.

Worst smartphone I've ever had, and the company's customer assistance is even worse. This smartphone was purchased by me in October 2022, and by February 2022, the amount of time it could go without charging from six factory ones had decreased to four hours. This happened despite the fact that I had only charged the device by using its native charging method, and the oleophobic coating on the screen had been removed, which meant that it began to scrape when a finger was rubbed over it. In addition, the device had been charged. After I brought this problem to the attention of the Samsung ASC, they informed me that they had investigated it and that everything was functioning normally; nevertheless, it turned out that they had not turned on the phone while they were testing it (this is evident in the usage statistics). I called Samsung Electronics 2022 to inform them of the problem, recorded the appeal, and a week later their habalka called me back to tell me that we have no reason not to trust the SC, that they did battery diagnostics without discharging, and that you are the one to blame for the problem because you are the one who caused the problem. In general, if you want service that is more like that of actual people, take just Apple; they would never allow themselves to be so disrespectful, as Samsung Electronics 2022 did, specifically the all-2022 company. Apple is the only firm that offers service in the same manner as individuals.
