I love using lemons or limes in baking and cooking. Its tart citrus aroma sets the right tone. I also add a few lemon slices to my drinking water. So far I've used an old wooden stick, similar to a product that exudes lemon juice. But I always felt like I could find seeds here and there, and I had to take the time to track those seeds down. Now I have this beautiful lemon squeezer. I can push as much as I want. Halve a lemon or lime, place one half in the juicer and continue squeezing. All that nice citrus juice flows out. And I have found that I have more juice when I use this juicer. Today I made citrus cookies and used both lemons and limes. What a delicious treat. This advanced lemon squeezer is made of aluminum. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I usually wash by hand, but you can also use the dishwasher. So far the color hasn't faded, the compressed part stays firm but compresses well.
