I bought this LED mask about a month ago. I have rosacea type 1 and have found that yellow reduces redness. I was also able to successfully use the red setting. I use red for 15 minutes and then yellow for 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. Avoid white frames for rosacea. About a day later I felt my skin burn. It also helped reduce my hyperpigmentation and lighten the melanin under my eyes. My only complaint is that the mask has to come with medical light goggles that are designed for the mask. The company risks being sued by not providing goggles with a mask. When I first used the mask, I just closed my eyes. It gave me a terrible headache and blurred vision. After that I used cotton balls for the eyes but I still had problems with blurry vision after using the mask. It took almost an hour for my vision to return to normal. I eventually started using three cotton swabs on each eye and that seemed to help.
