My husband loved it as it worked one night. The next day it didn't happen so it charged and started working again. day after nothing. He threw the box away too soon. I think we can be without money. I won't buy any other. Update: The original dental floss was defective. It took about 8 hours to charge and then dried up after about 4-5 uses. I didn't contact the seller because my husband threw the box away so he couldn't return it. However, due to my 1 star rating, I was contacted by the seller and we discussed the issues. He offered to send a new one and it was delivered promptly. We swapped out the charger, checked its voltage twice and it charged in 3-4 hours as per the instructions. It's also been almost a week since the first charge and it's still running strong. My husband likes it very much. Customer service is just PHENOMENAL. So give them a chance.
