After using it pretty hard for a whole week I can safely say they are great value for money! I have very small ear canals, so larger earbuds always fall out. They stick in my ears pretty well. They are probably not suitable for running or training as they are not rubber seals. But they hold on, we'll be like earbud style headphones. Great sound quality, very minimal lag from the iPhone 8 and the battery life has been great so far! My only downside is that the touch controls aren't very sensitive. So when I put my headphones on, they often pause the music. Not a big problem, just a bit annoying.
