Great but gets in the way of hourly playback

It was easy to install and was a great upgrade. I would give this 5 stars if there wasn't a SERIOUS problem. After a while, you will not be allowed to view Sentinel events or view videos in the recorded event engine. To do this you either have to erase the USB stick or sometimes it doesn't work and you have to remove the device, connect it, erase it and then replace it. Pretty annoying/unhappy :/
