Review on BLACK DECKER HLWVA325J21 Lithium Titanium Vacuum Cleaner by Chelsea Young

I bought this vacuum cleaner for our new house. Our entire ground floor is hardwood with kids and dogs. I think it would be handy to have a vacuum cleaner for a quick clean. I was thrilled when I received the vacuum, but after the first few uses I couldn't even turn it on. It's so loud you might think its suction power is massive and strong. Well, he couldn't pick up a cracker crumb. Definitely not worth the headache it causes. Very dissatisfied I decided to return and try another model but the return period has expired. (Ordered and received before moving so it was basically open a month after receiving) Not sure if this is the only one I've received but so incredibly loud and weak sucking. I'm not interested in spending money on anything else.
