I love buying crusty bread in the gourmet bakery. So amazing. I don't cut them in the store as there are only two of us and the bread might spoil before we eat it. Mrs. Anderson's bread maker is beautiful. I cut what we want to use and wrap the rest of the bread for later. Sometimes I cut off the ends and freeze them. I also like to bake bread: banana-walnut, blueberry, apple, pumpkin, etc. They fit in this very wide disc and when I cut them, the bread doesn't fall apart. The slices have a large width for toasters. Enjoy!
