I had to look at over 50 different silicone/rubber grip pads for the XBox One S controller before finally deciding on this one. I'm glad I chose this one. I'm really surprised how well it fits. It fits *tightly* on the controller and won't move as you change hand/grip positions during intense gaming. It is cleanly cut and fits all buttons perfectly, but is still easy to press. that it still allows full movement without interference. I've seen other grips that actually cover some bumpers. This pen does not have this problem. It's trimmed nicely and neatly around the bumpers. No problem connecting the power cord.
