I like these. I have a modern toaster with a small opening, so these bags are larger than the opening of my slice of bread. There are no instructions, so I'm guessing how to use them. Looking at pictures on the internet, it seems like people are putting the bag back to solve this problem. Wrap it back around the item to make the bag shorter. This works fine, but when I put the sandwich in a bag to make a two-section shuffle grilled cheese sandwich while my toaster could handle the width of the sandwich, when the bag was folded, there wasn't a good gap inside. The toaster and bag were charred and melted by the toaster's elements. Has the bag touched the elements? I don't know, but at least it was too close. Can it catch fire? I don't know because I couldn't find any instructions or warnings online. So one of my 6 bags ended up in the trash within the first few days of use. I also feel like I probably shouldn't use them in the toaster just in case it might catch fire. But it really is a wonderful invention. You can add cheesy, greasy, buttery, or sweet gooey icing to the toaster. So that's pretty cool. I feel like I need to be extra careful when using them.
