It does what it's supposed to do and does it with style. I like having multiple people look at my website. It really helps to determine how a specific website is performing and where the issues is. Very helpful tool for any business looking to improve their online presence. It has helped us identify the issues with our business and where it is lacking. It helps our customer service team. I love that we can manage our reputation from anywhere with the ease of an internet connection. The platform is easy to use for both staff and customers allowing us to effectively manage our reputation. Not all features are user friendly, but I'm sure this will improve with time. We've been able to manage our reputation in one place rather than searching for different apps and websites. Staff can quickly see any issues around their profile and correct them before they get too far out of hand.
