The best peeler I have found apart from my old 50 year old scissors!
My old knife is the best I've ever used. I bought a dozen knives and tried to find a similar one. It's just a metal cleaning knife made in Taiwan about 50 years ago! Peeler Linden - the first "SHARP" I found. It is easy to hold and peels off quickly, I tear it off myself. The only issue I've had is that sometimes it spins too far requiring you to adjust the blade to hit the veggies properly to allow them to peel. If I could find a potato peeler like my old one, I would buy a dozen! The old one didn't need to be sharpened either.
