I worked for this Firm from 2012 - 2016 as an associate attorney handling transactional assignments primarily involving M&A transactions within our practice areas (Mortgages/Loan Servicing).

The attorneys were very professional throughout my tenure at PWSP. They are knowledgeable about their respective practices area which made it easy to learn quickly what was required of me by way of training or knowledge gaps. There wasn't much I disliked during my time there other than being away from home too often! It can be difficult when you're not familiar with where things will fall but they have been helpful and responsive since leaving them.
