After reading the reviews I was very concerned about this purchase. The assembly instructions are incorrect, but it's not that difficult to figure out if you're using the information in the listing. I initially had some issues maintaining suction, but I realized I hadn't screwed the cups into the design tight enough. That closes the seal. They must be rotated until they stop rotating. I also dunked them in some warm water first and that seemed to help a lot. After I found out he stayed last week and doesn't seem to have moved at all. Mine also didn't come with the brown cushion/fabric pictured. Mine was black and very thin but they seem to prefer an old sweatshirt that still smells like me so I'm not too worried.
