what should they follow?

I've been keen to try these but there's no way to attach them. I opened the box, read the instructions that said to take the lashes out of the box and glue them onto the eye. The problem is that my eye isn't a magnet, so there's nothing for them to stick to. I bought other magnetic lashes and they came with magnetic eyeliner.
