Just received it today and have had no problems so far. It's small and fits well on my desk (although this unit can have up to nine control cables), picture quality doesn't degrade, and the included HDMI and USB cables seem to work. Big. I'd recommend using the included micro USB cable and an external USB power adapter for maximum reliability, especially if you don't have at least one connected system that's always on, as it will draw power through it if you don't use an external power adapter the connected systems. I can't speak to its ability to display 4K at 60Hz as I don't have a 4K monitor to test with. UPDATE: I received a 4K monitor to test after writing this review and can confirm that it supports KVM 4K@. 60 Hertz.
