Review on Disston E0101681 Clamshelled Recessed Installation by John Springer

Hole saw cuts through butter like a hot knife. However, it will definitely cut a hole larger than 5 inches. If you need a 5" hole like I do, please look elsewhere. The description should state that these are 5" recessed lights (cut out a 5 3/8" hole). Perhaps the contractor cutting the 5" recessed light holes knows this. But for the layman looking for a bit that will cut the perfect 5 inch hole, that's an inaccurate description. The tool was easy to set up and worked as intended, which is why I gave 3 stars. It lost 2 stars due to the description and the hassle of getting it back and patching the big holes.
