Bought this machine on the 6th September and just after 3 months of use it broke. The engine no longer works. I called Cuisinart for a repair or replacement and they said they couldn't send a replacement but they could fix it. The biggest problem is they ask me to pay for return shipping which is $22 and takes 2 weeks to fix and send back. DO NOT BUY THIS device as they cannot stand behind their own product and are asking the consumer to spend more money to fix a faulty device. NO MORE kitchen art!
