pandemic while everyone is working from home and shutting down ink for 3rd party printers. No note. So you turn off third party cartridges and you go to print and nothing happens. GOOD customer service would be a notification from HP if they plan to do this. I've been an HP customer for a long time - more than 30 years - and this tactic left me with bad taste in HP. When this is all over, I'll switch. Shame on HP for this while people try to weather this pandemic.
