
Barely passable. It's pretty hard to mess up something so simple, but the magnets are so sticky they probably won't stick to the galvanized chain link fence post as intended. Half the time it will just fall, sometimes you have to release it carefully and be careful not to hit it or it will land on the ground. I expected more from Irwin. There is an elastic band to hold it, but that belies the simplicity and convenience of having magnets on it. I could buy a cheap one in HD with a rubber band for like $2. I think you could stick some neodymium magnets on it, but you don't have to fix a brand new product. It's some branded junk. Buyer Warning.
