UPDATE: 6 months of LIGHT use (doesn't leave my desk or bed) and the corner just broke and top cracked. I can't imagine how it would hold up if you are taking it with you. I'm not looking to put more plastic into a landfill every 6 months so I can't say I would recommend this based on my experience.Pros: Like the color, easy to fit, protects from scratchesCons: Lotion = Finger Prints, Keyboard pad is a different color than the case (for the green/teal option but to be fair the picture does accurately reflect the colors and their different tone, its more of a forest green which I don't think matches but it still works)I've used this for a month. I can't say how much actual protection it might offer in a fall but it does seem to protect from scratches and everyday where and tear. I bough the matte version to try to avoid the finger print issue but if you have any lotion on your hands, which in the winter I often do, then it is very easy to leave smudges on the case. To the sellers credit, they were quick to respond to my question and advised how to clean. Over all, if your looking at this color and don't mind the tone difference in the keyboard and are looking for a simple cover this would be a good option. If you are looking for major shock protection, I'm sure there are heavier duty options.
