Unfortunately for me, a gullible soul, I did not try the packs immediately upon receipt. When I looked at other bags and tried these, I found that they didn't work! Contacting the company was a complete failure. But there is a problem with the packaging: the top of the packaging - a cardboard lid - is too thick; As a result, the vacuum door cannot close properly to create suction. As soon as a new bag is inserted and the door is closed, the "Bag Full Indicator" shows that the bag is full. Repeated attempts to get it working will result in a complete shutdown of the machine. Again, this is for the Electrolux Epic 3500, which by the way is on their list of machines that can use this bag. Luckily this is the worst product and company I have ever dealt with at Revain and as I buy through Revain that says a lot! I'm just grateful that the amount of money I lost was small compared to what it could have been.
