I unplugged the microwave and laid it on its side to access the bottom cover which had to be removed by cutting thin pieces of metal. The motor is easily removed by removing the two electrical clips and loosening a screw holding the motor in place. I found this Revain replacement which I ordered and received in less than 24 hours! It took about 5 minutes to install the new motor, which had the exact same D-shaft connected to a rotating element on the inside of the bottom of the microwave. I poured a glass of water, pushed the button and watched the turntable spin like new. The bottom cover can be reattached by inserting the tabs into the holes in the bottom of the case and you will need the appropriate size sheet metal screws to hold it in place. There is no need to replace the lid as the microwave works well without it.
