I purchased a set of 4 premium blades in addition to the blade set that came with the Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer that I previously purchased . So now I have 11 different blades. They are all very well done and fun. There are endless possibilities for cooking and cooking. Numerous videos on the net will help you to understand which knives are best suited for which vegetables. I really like this tool and I'm so glad I chose the best one. I also bought a Brieftons Blade Caddy to store 4 blades.
