I am very happy with this set of cutting boards. Well built, good weight, and nice surface. I like the different sizes as they provide an option that matches my needs at the time.I did use the knife to give it a test. It cut just fine. I still prefer the knives I have used for years. Honestly, I got this set for the cutting boards and not the knife, so I am not the best judge.It is recommended that they are washed by hand which doesn't bother me.Great cutting boards!
