1) Shelf life: 5/5 The orange toy in the picture is 2 years old. Our German Shepherd dog is obsessively chewing (instead of throwing up) and is very fond of his toys. A week later the squeaker failed (good). After months of playing tug of war with his legs, the legs came loose. After a year almost all spikes wore out / started falling off. After 1.5 years it was Frankenstein's toy but he still loved it. The purple one is showing off his new toy, which is about two weeks old. 2) Obsession: 5/5 It wasn't his first ball, but he quickly decided it was the one. We started picking him up at night so he could go to bed on time. The same thing happened to my friend's dog. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes your dog's new favorite toy.
