If I ever buy anything online, read customer claims and see reviews I am skeptical to say the least. This is a direct replacement for the sliding glass door handles that broke after moving into my house. One by one the metal, subjected to years of stress, broke, and at first I only wanted to order what I needed. But I decided to order a replacement for them all. They arrived in a reasonable time. I installed them and since (August) they work great.
