I received this in the mail to make sure the buttons didn't work. From the outside, the battery area looked dirty as you can see in the photo. Thought it needed new batteries, I opened it up and found it was rusty, apparently the "dirt" was rust. Thank goodness I opened it while my baby was sleeping otherwise she would get upset if she had a new toy that she couldn't play with. I'll be back and I hope I don't run into this problem a second time!
