It will hold the shape of its contents. The zippers and clasps are sizeable so they're easy to grasp and use and the shoulder strap is wide enough that it doesn't dig into your flesh.A few things to note: the shoe compartment is very shallow so keep that in mind if you plan to pack sneakers or boots. The exterior feels like canvas and, on the black bag, it has a heathered appearance.
