Something inside the left slipper created 2 large areas on my foot that were itchy and red. I've had to go to the dermatologist and have been applying an expensive ointment he prescribed twice daily, to try to combat it for weeks now. The itching has finally stopped, but the dark red areas haven't left, so I'm still applying it and hoping that my skin will eventually go back to normal. All things considered, I'm beginning to worry that my foot will never be the same again!
