These headphones come with a set of replacement ear tips. I had no problem finding headphones that were comfortable and safe for me. Bluetooth pairing was easy and the earbuds connected quickly and securely when you took them out of the case. I mainly use them to listen to audiobooks and podcasts, but the sound quality is noticeably better than some others I've tried. When I'm not listening to music, I usually just plug in one earbud. This works with both left and right. This practice, along with the charging case, gives me plenty of listening time. I had no problems with the audio dropping out or dropping out. Touch controls work well. A bit annoying is that I often accidentally activate some kind of control function when I put the headphones in my ear. To avoid this I have to be careful with them when they are not in their case. The charging port on the case is a USB-C port. This is an improvement over the standard Micro-USB Type B. The USB-C connector is not orientation sensitive, making it easy to plug in. A charging cable is included, but you must use your own USB power adapter. Also charge the case wirelessly. Wireless charger not included. The case is larger than some I've tried, but it can charge the earbuds multiple times and supports wireless charging. In general, I like them very much. I use them every day.
