I needed more DX mats as the mats lose their stickiness pretty quickly and I'm always happy to know I have the materials needed for a project ahead of time so I have ordered these mats for this purpose. I used one of the embossing mats. Later, after watching the Fei Balser video, she mentioned using low-tack mats for additional applications. So I ordered a low tack mat for the fabric upholstery. DX is listed on the product label and is specific to DX Series machines. They differ from the standard mats used on previous CM series machines as they can only be used in one direction whereas previous mats were bi-directional. CM series mats cannot be used in the DX series.
