TIANGR: Poor Customer Service and Quality

I recently bought a number of items from TIANGR, and I was very dissatisfied with the quality and level of customer care I experienced. The cooking and dining necessities were difficult to use and appeared to be poorly designed, and the food storage options were of poor quality and failed to keep my food fresh. I tried to contact customer support for help, but was met with rude and unhelpful agents who wouldn't provide any type of solution. I was completely unsatisfied with TIANGR overall, and I would highly advise against doing business with them.
