Use without gel
If someone like me is trying to figure out how to use without gel polish then I've figured it out. I wanted to make a rainbow smoke so I used black first and covered it with a holographic top. After drying, I applied white polish to a piece of makeup sponge (I just peeled it off and pinched it with tweezers). Immediately after applying the white I used powder. It worked. After drying I covered with a top coat that mixed everything together.
