It's just a t-shirt with no tag. There's nothing "special" to make it "adaptive". To be honest I think all shirts should be untagged. I am size Small. Its length from top of shoulder to floor is 26.5 inches. Width 19 inches. This t-shirt is made from 100% cotton in Vietnam. He's nice and soft. The large Tommy Hilfiger logo is made from a "gum" material that can melt or crack if placed in a hot dryer. . So you have to be a little careful. That has been said. . . It seems a bit "stronger" than some other "rubber" materials I've seen.
