Review on GoSports Battleputt Putting Style Putters by James Wonsley

I have ordered this product twice. The first time, there was damage (dents) to the ball playing surface caused by the two golf balls included in the kit being pinched between the two sides of the product. When the punch hit those two points, it was deflected off target. I still wanted this product so I sent the first set back and the supplier replaced it for free. When the second arrived, two questions arose. The first of these was one of the hole cutouts that was not completely covered by the turf that served as the ballplay surface. Again, if the ball hit that spot, it wouldn't continue to roll straight. I don't know why the manufacturer couldn't find a way to cut a full circle. Another issue, which reflected manufacturer's quality control rather than an actual issue with the game itself, was that the name logo was printed upside down on the foam base side. The first problem is why I returned the product for the second time. I was given until January 31, 2021 to return the goods. The item was returned and received on 01/27/2021. After several calls on 02/05/2021 I finally got my money back. The refund was 25% less than my purchase price. After about 20 minutes on the phone with Revain, I was finally told that the original seller charged me a restocking fee. I'm not sure why I had to return the item by January 31, 2021 when I should have been charged a restocking fee. Unless you are looking for a low quality product with a less transparent return policy I would not recommend purchasing this item.
