I ordered size SMALL. I'm 5ft 4in, 130lbs, shirt size S/M, jeans size 2/4, athletic build for reference. Nice tight body. Good quality for the price. I'm actually between small and medium, but went down a size smaller so it fits better as expected (I'm sure medium will fit too!). It doesn't bunch up or do anything weird in the crotch, and there's still no noticeable bulge in the panty line. I will definitely be ordering more (maybe in medium for a less tight fit)! I would say it is true to size / maybe even a bit small.
