To save time on this long review, DO NOT BUY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY OR HOPE ON THIS PRODUCT. If you want to know why, please read on. It's a great pity that it didn't work out the way I had hoped. A strange chemical smell emanated from the box. I've used Cricut thermal transfer vinyls and have never smelled this before. Very strong. It cut well on my machine and the weeding wasn't bad. The real problem was with the heat press. First I followed the instructions that came with the black shirt. It didn't work and when I removed the plastic some parts of the vinyl lifted up. Many times. Eventually I just did the normal vinyl settings and there was no lift. The color wasn't as vivid as it appears in the picture when I bought it so that was another big bummer. The black shirt was made from 100% cotton by Target. Her children's brand is Kat and Jack. I was surprised it didn't stick well or had holographic staining and decided to try it on a white shirt. The white shirt is a Gildan branded shirt, also 100% cotton but not of the same quality as the black shirt. This time I used normal heating settings and not the ones in the package. No problem. Again not as bright as in the photo. I dripped some grease on my taco shirt and it kind of added color. I cleaned the shirt later thinking it shouldn't be that bad, maybe that makes it lighter, maybe it has a weird powder coating? Just in case dried inside out. I took it out of the dryer and it kind of stuck together. Not ordinary like other vinyls, but with a rippled effect. Has it faded? I do not know. In short, don't waste your time, money, energy or hope with this vinyl.
