I'm 5'5" 168lbs , I ordered a 2XL but I could have gotten away with a 1XL. It fits right and falls below my bow and right in the center of my knee cap so I can wear this under tight fitting clothes without being notified. I will say you can not wear this with low cut tops. I really like the zipper crotch. I've owned several types of shapeware but never had on with a zippered crotch.just genius! I highly recommend and will purchase again. I hope they make some with a lower cut for the chest area that way I can use it with many more options.
