This garden tool set is very impressive. As described, it's heavy duty and light weight. The handles are really nicely sized for easy gripping, and they're aluminum-- not going to be rusting or wasting away any time soon.Functionally, they're also great-- if you've ever had a shovel thats just too thick, so that it becomes clumsy to dig, or a "stick tool" that requires clearance, you can get the picture. They are definitely thicker than your common steel (or whatever THIN metal they use for shovels in some cheap sets).The only real criticism I could have for them is that they're kinda chunky and clunky-- but because of this, we are unlikely to lose them in our garden beds due to poor eyesight. Besides, who buys garden tools for their looks? (Ok, ok, I know there are some pretty perfecting folks out there). Anyway, for me, and for our garden, they're five stars. Highly recommend them.
