We use these grill attachments primarily to reduce cleaning time and reduce irritation from objects sticking to the grills or even falling out. They are particularly useful for more fragile or irregularly shaped foods such as fish fillets, salmon/vegetable/turkey patties, scallops, asparagus or even peaches. Yes, grilled fresh peach halves drizzled with white balsamic - try it! We usually cook for two, so we often just cut the pan in half with kitchen scissors. Two salmon fillets, two chicken breasts, a dozen 12-16 shrimp, or 4 chicken thighs fit perfectly in half a pan.
