Good quality - suitable for light skin tones

I like Caron Simply Soft Solids for amigurumi. It is very soft, easy to work with and not too thick. Light Country Peach is good for Caucasian and other pale skin tones. I used it for a mermaid and a certain mechanic fairy. The projects turned out great. Now I need yarn for dark skin tones.
