Review on Process Runner by David Boone

I like that it's easy enough so new employees can use this as well if they need assistance but also has many other features too such customization of icons or changing different fields depending upon what you want in your report etc - there are just way more things than we could ever imagine doing! There really isn't anything bad about process runner at least not right now!! It takes some learning time especially when using macros because those aren’t intuitively used by everyone yet however once users do learn them then its very useful tool indeed even though i don;'d say every user does exactly same thing each day (although thats good).

Reporting sometimes needs adjusting which may be confusing until someone gets familiarized better- maybe try out demo first before getting into final production version?
