The first thing I liked about this device is that all the important ports are on the back. This gives the dock a very professional and clean look. Material - glossy standard plastic. When it works, the video quality is perfect on a 4K display and even better on a 1080p monitor. I realize this is a bit backward, but I believe that due to the phone's processing power and hardware limitations, 1080p is the optimal screen resolution. I used this device on the Samsung Galaxy S10e. But it only works when it wants to, sometimes it gives my phone a false positive because there is water in the USB port. I have snapshots of bugs at every corner on the phone side and I have confirmed that no other device, charger or dock is causing this issue. I don't understand why it behaves like this, but the behavior looks like this: the phone displays dexmode, after that the screen freezes for a moment, then the screen turns off. When you press the power button to restore communication between the dock and the phone and unlock the device, the phone displays an error message that there is water in the USB port and the video signal on the dock stops. I have explained that I do not know what is causing this problem, but it should be considered before purchasing this product. The USB ports tested well, allowing me to use the wireless mouse and keyboard combo with no input lag. I said that I really like this device, but I think that quality control is needed to improve the problems that this device has.
