Great soft and soothing toner at a great price
This toner is great quality at a great price. It's soft and soothing with a light scent. I have very sensitive mature skin with rosacea and my complexion was gorgeous after using this alcohol free toner every night. This toner is comparable in quality to high-end alcohol-free toners, but at a much lower price. It's a keeper!
