Review on actiPLANS by Nate Jenkins

I like how it can be customized for different departments, so you don't have all your employees using one thing! This could also use some more features/options added in future releases of this software as well (like adding time off). We are able create custom reports with our department's information within minutes by entering only basic info about each employee into their profile page - which allows us access right away from any computer we're at without having an email open or even logging out if needed!!
